“On occasion of the exhibition IMPRINT 93, Printed Matter has released a second printing of Elizabeth Peyton’s untitled artists’ book from 1995. Originally published by Matthew Higgs‘ Imprint 93, the book was distributed at the opening reception for Peyton’s first solo UK exhibition, at Brixton’s Prince Albert public house. Comprised of a sequence of video stills showing a performance by Kurt Cobain two years prior, the work is xeroxed and hand-assembled in an edition of 100 copies, with staples, glassine wrap, and a custom-stamped envelope. Co-published with Imprint 93.”*
