Sequoia National Park abounds with wonder! A mere 45 minute drive down a winding road from The General Sherman Tree – the largest living organism in the world! – is a large cave. Crystal Cave was absolutely magical. The parks service has installed lights, so that visitors to the cave can check out the natural beauty – sparkling rocks, melting globules that seem frozen, yet continue to change through time, small pools of water and little streams that carve winding channels.
