What kinds of worlds and images of freedom have been imagined by prisoners and those with loved ones in prison? What forms of care are embodied by social practices rooted in art-making?”*

Printed Matter’s NY ART BOOK FAIR returns to MOMA PS1 this week.

Among the over 350 international exhibitors are Sébastien Girard, Ooga Booga, Sternberg Press, Chose Commune, Dale Zine, Mörel, Candor Arts, The Free Black Women’s Library, Noah Lyon, Phile Magazine, Hauser & Wirth Publishers, and Dancing Foxes Press.

In one of the last programs in the Judson exhibition, the symposium JUDSON DANCE THEATER—A COLLECTIVE SPECULATION brings together artists, scholars, and critics for presentations, discussions, and sound improvisations.
